Our Services
Complete IBC lifecycle management from a single trusted partner in Woods Cross, Utah. We handle every stage of an intermediate bulk container's life so you don't have to.
One Partner for Every IBC Need
Most companies deal with multiple vendors when managing their IBC inventory: one supplier for new containers, another for cleaning, a scrap hauler for disposal, and a logistics company for transport. That fragmented approach wastes time, money, and creates accountability gaps.
Salt Lake IBC consolidates the entire IBC lifecycle under one roof. From the moment you need a container to the day it reaches end-of-life, we provide procurement, cleaning, storage, delivery, collection, and recycling services with a single point of contact and transparent pricing.
Based at our 25,000-square-foot facility in Woods Cross, UT 84087, we serve manufacturers, food processors, agricultural operations, chemical distributors, and water treatment facilities throughout the Intermountain West.

Annual Maintenance Programs
For businesses that rely on IBCs year-round, our Annual Maintenance Programs provide the most cost-effective way to manage your container fleet. You commit to a 12-month service agreement, and we lock in pricing, guarantee turnaround times, and provide dedicated capacity in our cleaning and logistics schedules.
Annual program members enjoy priority service during peak season (typically April through October in the Intermountain West), when demand for IBCs surges in agriculture, landscaping, and construction. Non-program customers often face longer lead times during these months, but annual members retain their guaranteed turnaround windows.
Programs are fully customizable. You choose the services you need (cleaning, delivery, pickup, recycling, or any combination), the frequency, and the volume commitment. We build a schedule and pricing structure that fits your operational calendar. Most programs include quarterly reviews where we assess usage patterns and adjust the program as your needs evolve.
Annual Program Benefits
Emergency & Rush Services
When you cannot wait for standard scheduling, our emergency service team steps in. We understand that production shutdowns, spill containment, and unexpected demand spikes require an immediate response.
Industries We Serve
Our IBC services support a wide range of sectors across the Intermountain West. Each industry has unique requirements, and we tailor our recommendations accordingly.
Service Level Agreements
For businesses that depend on predictable IBC supply and service, we offer formal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that define exact turnaround times, quality standards, and remedies if we fall short. SLAs are available for annual program members and enterprise customers.
Each SLA is customized to your operation. We sit down with your team, understand your production schedule and container usage patterns, and build a service agreement that aligns with your operational needs. SLAs typically cover response time for orders, cleaning turnaround, delivery windows, pickup frequency, and quality metrics such as cleanliness pass rates and container rejection rates.
If we miss an SLA commitment, you receive service credits applied to your next invoice. We track SLA performance monthly and review it with you during quarterly business reviews. Our current SLA compliance rate across all active agreements is 98.4%.
Scheduling & Availability
Our facility operates on an extended schedule to accommodate the needs of businesses across multiple time zones and operational shifts.
Our Fleet & Equipment
Everything we do -- from pickup to delivery, from cleaning to recycling -- is powered by equipment we own and maintain. Controlling our own fleet and facility equipment means we are never waiting on third parties and can respond quickly when you need service.
Our transportation fleet includes flatbed trucks capable of carrying up to 20 IBCs per load, box trucks with hydraulic liftgates for deliveries without loading docks, and utility vehicles for small local orders. Every truck is equipped with ratchet straps, moving blankets, and pallet jacks. Our CDL-licensed drivers are trained in forklift operation and safe IBC handling.
In the facility, we operate industrial pressure-wash systems rated at 1,200 PSI with temperature control up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, chemical dosing systems for precision sanitization, pneumatic disassembly tools for recycling operations, an industrial granulator for HDPE processing, and a steel baler for cage compression. Our cleaning line can process up to 40 IBCs per 8-hour shift, and our recycling line handles 60+ containers per day.
