What Happens After You Contact Us
We believe in transparency at every step. Here is exactly what to expect after you reach out to Salt Lake IBC, from your first message to final delivery.
Emergency & After-Hours Service
We understand that container needs do not always arise during regular business hours. Spills happen, production lines run around the clock, and urgent projects cannot wait until Monday morning. That is why Salt Lake IBC offers emergency and after-hours service for critical situations.
If you have an urgent need for IBCs outside of our standard operating hours, send an email to info@saltlakeibc.com with “URGENT” in the subject line. Our on-call team monitors urgent requests evenings, weekends, and holidays. We aim to respond to emergency inquiries within two hours, even outside of normal business hours.
Emergency services include rapid-delivery of replacement IBCs for spill containment or production continuity, after-hours pickup of damaged or leaking containers that pose environmental risks, and expedited sourcing of specialty containers for time-sensitive projects. An after-hours surcharge may apply depending on the nature and timing of the request.
For customers who regularly require after-hours support, we offer priority service agreements that guarantee response times and pre-staged inventory. Ask our team about setting up a priority service plan tailored to your operation.
Bulk Order Inquiries
Ordering in bulk is the smartest way to reduce your per-unit cost on IBC totes. Whether you need 20 reconditioned containers for a seasonal operation or 500 units for a large-scale industrial project, Salt Lake IBC offers aggressive volume pricing that makes bulk purchasing significantly more affordable than buying individual units.
Our bulk pricing tiers start at orders of 10 or more IBCs and offer progressively deeper discounts as quantities increase. For orders of 50 or more, we assign a dedicated account manager who handles everything from inventory allocation to delivery scheduling, ensuring your large order is fulfilled smoothly and on time.
We also offer flexible payment terms for qualified businesses on bulk orders, including net-30 and net-60 arrangements. If you have recurring container needs, ask about our standing order program where we reserve inventory and deliver on a set schedule each month, quarter, or season.

Partnerships & Wholesale
We work closely with distributors, resellers, and industrial partners who need a reliable wholesale source for IBC totes. If you serve customers who use intermediate bulk containers, we want to be your supply partner.
Distributor Partnerships
If you distribute industrial supplies, packaging, or bulk containers, we offer wholesale pricing and drop-ship capabilities. We can ship directly to your customers under your brand, with no minimum order requirements after your initial qualifying purchase. Our distributor partners enjoy priority inventory access and dedicated support.
Reseller Program
Farm supply stores, hardware retailers, and garden centers can stock our reconditioned IBCs and upcycled garden products at wholesale margins. We provide marketing materials, product specifications, and training for your sales staff. Seasonal flexibility means you can increase inventory in spring and summer without year-round commitments.
Industrial Supply Contracts
For manufacturers and large operations that consume IBCs at a steady rate, we offer annual supply contracts with locked-in pricing, guaranteed inventory, and scheduled deliveries. These contracts eliminate price volatility and ensure you never face a container shortage during peak production periods.
Waste Management Partners
Waste haulers and environmental services companies can partner with us for IBC collection and recycling. Instead of landfilling used containers you encounter on your routes, bring them to us and earn revenue. We handle all cleaning, reconditioning, and resale so you benefit without adding complexity to your operations.
Government & Municipal
We work with city, county, and state agencies on IBC procurement for water treatment, public works, road maintenance, and emergency preparedness. We are registered as a vendor with multiple government purchasing cooperatives and can fulfill orders through standard procurement channels.
Custom Co-Branding
For partners who want to sell under their own brand, we offer custom labeling and co-branding options on both new and reconditioned IBCs. Our team can apply your logo, safety information, and product specifications directly to the containers before they ship. Minimum order quantities apply for custom-branded products.
